Designed for people living with limited energy, this permission to rest practice invites you to start to find ways within yourself to release internalised beliefs about what you "should" be able to do, to make space for kindness in the times when you're not able to do those things, and to permit yourself to rest when you need to. Restful in the guidance style, the reprogramming part occurs at an unconscious level, and you do not have to do anything. If giving yourself "permission to rest" is not easy right now, you are invited to practice it daily for several weeks or months until you feel more comfortable making allowances for yourself and honouring your needs in this moment.
