There are links between meridians and our emotions. Meridians are channels of energy within the body that circulate, Qi, vital energy. Sometimes we experience blockages and imbalances in the body caused by insomnia, lack of healthy eating, stress, substance abuse, anxiety. Our individual energy flow conditions how we feel in many ways. With this meditation, increase awareness of the energy flowing in the body, as you come closer to a deep state of relaxation.
