This meditation will help you move from the mind to the heart. The duration is intentionally short so that you can listen to it many times during the day and take a peaceful pause. These pauses will help you feel renewed and you will be able to move from grounded energy. The thoughts of the mind create stress and anxiety, and the space of the Heart reveals peace and calm. The mind is time and the Heart is the Now, the mind is division and the Heart is Oneness. Living from the heart allows us to experience peace and harmony in our life.

I am learning to let go of the things that stress me out
I’m learning to let go of the things that stress me out the most through out the days like loud noises and sometimes that hard to avoid I have noticed that when I meditate god’s word is pop in my head and it’s John 3:16 it’s says for god love the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosever believe in shall not parish but have everlasting life and god’s peace is always with me and meditation is always helping me stay calm and quiet and at peace I love it I pretend that I am napping so I can breathe and meditate

i felt that this meditation was a bit too repetitive for myself, however it did allow me to be more aware of my chest and my heart space which was calming :)

This exercise was too repetitive for me. I understood the concept but was stuck in place.
