Often first thing in the morning our minds can start racing & going through all the tasks of the day. Starting the day in this headspace can make for hectic & chaotic energy that can follow you all day. This meditation is an exercise in starting the day off in a relaxed, peaceful state, setting the stage for a positive, uplifting day, full of calm & focused energy.

Super tired this morning
I personally couldn’t breathe in for as long as he was suggesting this morning so I felt off and I tad frustrated with myself. Going to eat breakfast and do another small meditation after
I couldn’t pause my breath for quite as long as he suggested so I just did the best I could. I do feel more peaceful.
