Thank you for reminding me to give myself permission to just pause. i have so much to do with work and personally that I was overwhelming myself and shutting down... I need to step back and pause

Taking a moment
A bad habit of mine is to not pause. Especially in a work day. I log in and don’t take a break until that evening when I log off. A element I actively want to change.
