Part 2: Echoes That Soften

In part 2 of this unit, The Wisdom of the Waves returns again and guides us further into the insights of the Echo Chamber. This offers us a way to meet the reverberations within with softness and space. With the support of validating self-talk and another rhyming, rhythmic affirmation, we begin to reclaim our presence from the noise of the past and stand steadier in the now.
