Not all what it seems
I am trying to learn to stay in the present and not get so far ahead of myself.
It just rises my emotions and anxiety
I learned that I am safe in this moment, my fears are formless fabrications that cannot hurt me
Breathing through anxiety
The breathing exercise and assertion that I'm safe calmed the knot in my chest. I'm starting to see the benefit of deep breathing. The stones and calm it can bring
I am beginning to be able to breathe again.
I was so anxious but this is a good one for me.
