Painful Cycles - Mindfulness Practice
Being mindful of where we are in our personal emotional cycles and seasons in life can help us accept all of our feelings, release suffering and move back into harmony and peace more easily.
We ‘should’ ourselves into feeling a certain way, like it's summer and I'm on vacation so I 'should' be happy, etc., when in reality you are in a cycle of grief that needs healing and rest, despite the sunny weather and parties.
