My Awakening
I learned that you need to take time during the day, and not fixate on what can happen furing that time. Hearing this was a blessing, I feel better already!!

First thoughts
The first conscious thought I chose is, thank you for allowing me to wake up, there must be a purpose to my day. I thought that this morning then, came downstairs to meditate and study. My neighbors had other ideas. They were engaging in some noisy behavior as if they were the only people living on the street. I was angry and annoyed but, remembered that had nothing to do with my gratitude for being alive and the noise couldn’t stop me from doing anything unless I allow it!
