You first
It’s nice to remember to fill your cup daily with energetic breath so that you have an overflowing abundance to share with loved ones and l others that you meet in your daily travels. Love yourself first. The rest will follow. Namaste

Living from our Hearts
Getting still while placing my hand over my heart, I felt my body gently rocking with my breath. Soothing and nourishing, I felt like a baby being held in a loving mother’s arms. Beginning to focus only on my in breath, I felt the excitement of being alive. This excitement soon went to feeling qualities of kindness and compassion. As these qualities of kindness and compassion filled my body, I noticed my mind becoming absent of any judgments of how I should be feeling, thinking, or doing release into the earth. No longer filled with judgments, a sort of peaceful and loving acceptance overcame my body. Filled with this peaceful and loving acceptance, I now only focused on my out breath. Feeling the joy of being connected by this giving of breath, I sent kindness and compassion out to all beings. Visualizing the minds of all beings let go of judgments of what they should be feeling, thinking, or doing, this peaceful and loving acceptance overcame the entire world. Going back to focusing on my breath, I was given some moments to reflect on what I had just created. With all beings filled with a peaceful and loving acceptance for themselves as well as others, love filters through the air. Living from our hearts, all beings treat others as they would want to be treated. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
