I absolutely love this meditation ❤️ it reminded me that being selfish and wanting to keep all the happiness to myself only brings resentments and anger! Through this little reminder I actually let go of a few resentments that I was still hanging onto💕 being at peace with self helps to be more at peace with the world around me as well😊

I really liked this meditation however I wish it was a little longer. I could sit here with my pad of paper and pen and write all the things I would like to do for humanity. Here are a few: Tiny Homes for the homeless, Rehabilitating People on Islands earning a living, Education, etc. Of course, I would flip/flop houses but I am no carpenter or designer..Have a good day Everyone!

Breathing Visually
I have listened to this meditation once before and I found it rather insightful and if great practical value. It is nice to envision the in-breath as for yourself, filling your lungs with the breath of life, then exhaling for others, releasing compassion and loving kindness into the world. I like to think that I am sending through the ether what loved ones are in need of - support, guidance, love. Each and every person has the power to create peace in the world, if even in only small ways, and it all begins with the intentions of the heart being released into the world. I represent this magical process with the practice of breathing visually.

sometimes it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the day to day, the routine of our lives. so taking the time to feel how your body is reacting right here, right now, at particular time, and see that in this moment everything is ok. trying to feel like this at least once everyday to help you push yourself forward. these 3 minutes set some calm in me and make me realize that even when everything seems to be crumbling down, i still have this time for me and to just feel my body. and then my day just goes on in a better state of mind. and for that i’m really grateful :)

I realized that you can only offer what’s already in your heart. If your hear is full of joy and happiness there will be an overflow that you will want to share with others. But first we must take care of ourselves. Then, imagining and creating the image of what we want is a good place to start. For example i asked, i wonder what it would be like to have a great relationship with my brother. I imagine us already having a good relationship and will work towards that. Same with myself partner and rest of family. To have intent.

Loving Kindness
I loved everything about this meditation. It is a beautiful cycle, breathe in love, compassion and kindness for yourself, first and foremost, breathe out love, compassion and kindness to others or for the world. (You have to deposit money into the bank before you can take any out.). Last night I did a meditation about loving myself, yesterday I encountered a poem about loving oneself, and now this today . . . the message of loving myself keeps showing up with urgency! I guess after 67 years, I better heed the message!

Recently I’ve gone through a big change in my life which a lot of people experience, going to college, and I went from an all girls highschool in a very well off aria to an Engineering course in an aria where people off all economic backgrounds attend. I found that their very aloof attitude and mean banter was starting to rub off on me. This meditation really centred me and reminded me of my values. X

Offering out compassion
I learned that in order to give others compassion/love we must first love ourselves and give ourselves compassion. We need to be kind to ourselves if we except to he kind to others and for others to be kind to us. When we are compassionate with ourselves it’s amazing what can give and do for others. What we give to others we must give to ourselves or the other way around. Either way we should be giving and receiving. I feel that it should be mutual or at least giving more then we receive. It is a wonderful wonderful thing when we are compassionate with ourselves and others. What a world it would be if we all were content with ourselves and loved ourselves fully that we weren’t jealous of others and celebrated them and supported others and gave others the same compassion about things we give ourselves or don’t give ourselves. Either way we need and this world needs more compassion. This was a great mediation and I enjoyed it fully, I am going to be more cautious in thoughts to my self and then speaking more on my compassion thoughts and offering them aloud to others on a daily basis! Be the change you wish to see in the world 🧘🏼‍♀️😌

This was a great session for Valentines Day❣️ Already feeling loved and enjoying Heart shaped pancakes for breakfast, I was quite ready for this meditation. Breathing in Love, Care & Compassion each breathe overfilled my Heart. I was then able to “see” my exhales as a red fog of Love, Care & Compassion being directed to both those I Love & Care about and those I felt needed some. Each breathe going out to the person I visualized and then to groups like my Aura Tribe! Very energizing and comforting. Intending to do this throughout the day. Make it a Happy Valentines Day to those you meet and think about! ❤️🥰🍀

In this beautiful meditation, Kristy has us fill up our own cup of loving kindness and compassion so that we are readily available to give these wonderful thoughts to others. When we give to others what we feel inside, our overall well-being will be greatly enhanced. Sitting in my chair, I began the cycle of simply breathing of inhaling and exhaling, becoming at ease. On my next inhale, I began to visualize breathing in loving kindness and compassion for myself. It only took a few times of breathing in these feelings until my entire being was indeed, loving kindness and compassion. On my next exhale, I visualized sending out loving kindness and compassion to everyone else in the universe. Breathing loving kindness and compassion on my inhale and exhale, this cycle of love grew stronger and stronger. With each cycle of love, the receptors in my brain began to light up and get more excited, giving my overall sense of well-being an enormous boost. I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude, peace, appreciation and love not just for me, but for all. May we all be safe. May we all be healthy. May we all be at ease. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

I learned that meditation helps you relax and stay calm and quiet and god’s peace is always helping me relax and stay calm and I love that I meditate all the time and I feel relaxed during the day and I pray every day lord give me peace and I meditate to get things off my mind and I have noticed that when I meditate all the negative things just zap right out of mind and positive things come to my mind and I meditate to quiet my mind my mind
