Taking Each Day Slowly
I learned that we rush into each task and don’t take enough time to truly realize our accomplishments. We need to take a second before each thing we do and focus on it clearly. This is help reduce stress and will nourish ourselves.

Reflection
I noticed how much we focus on the result of our work and forget about little details or seem to forget to focus on the process off things too.

Mindful Moments
This life coaching session resonated with me. It offers an easy solution to nourishing the ability to stay in the present throughout the day by encouraging taking mindful moments with each transition and activity of our day. It is definitely being added to my “favorite” list as an occasional prompt.

Slow Down
Sometimes in this day and age of hustle and bustle, we are moving so fast from task to task. In this meditation, you learn how to slow down. Be mindful when doing tasks instead of being in auto pilot. Pause after each task acknowledging the completion of the task. Take some mindful breaths into your belly to feel grounded in the present moment. If we simply be mindful of our actions and surroundings at all times, we will be more happy and make better decisions. ❤️🙏🏻😊

I learned that becoming more present in the moment can lead to increased consciousness which results in better decision making. I learned to pay more attention to my surroundings, actions, and experiences of the world to develop more gratitude in my everyday life.

Finding your tranquility and peace of mind.
🧿 I find this helps as well if you say a quick prayer when you get in the car where are you were at. And another in the middle of your destination of where you are going. And one in the car when you get home from where you were. Take a deep breath right before you open up your door to your home and slowly yet Plumley easily release it by the time you shut the door all of your cara and stress should be gone of the day it should be gone and walk in your front room still taking a another breath and walk inside your front room or please you are stain it and slowly yet Calmly release it. By the time you sit down and relax in the unwind all of your tears should be gone it works for me every time I go somewhere in on hoping and praying it will work for all of you as well. 🧿

Maybe for me...
I have been on this path for over 15 years now. I’m now trying to become more focused on these things on a deeper level. My life changed dramatically 15 years ago due to Cancer and I am extremely grateful. I was blessed early (age 30) by God, to slow down and focus on LIFE. Example: I’m grateful for the sunshine’s warmth on my face. The cool breeze on a hot summer day. Enjoy my animals... be kinder to all. It does come full circle.

My stresses from the day do not have to follow me home. If I stay mindful of my surroundings I can chose how I wish to perceive them.

Kindness
As a famous person once said...kindness is my religion. Or at least, I want it to be. It embodies the best of most belief systems, and is instantly calming when applied to one’s self.

Trying to be mindful
I am exactly as you mention - rushing thru my days, always feeling behind, always running to complete the next item on my To Do list, losing my breath throughout the day, rarely taking notice of the blessings around me, forgetting about good intentions a minute after they cross my mind.

Woke up
I had crazy busy dreams. Vivid and have woke up stressed tired and with a bit of a headache. I have a “fun run” today and want to enjoy it. But I feel already exhausted. My muscles ache.

Excellent
This is a great meditation and good advice. She recommends before beginning a new activity that you pause, come back to your breath and noticed your surroundings. I’m going to keep this in mind as I go through my day. It will help me slow down and stay present.

Clockwork
My life is like clockwork. My schedule is practically the same everyday. I go from one thing to the next only thinking about how little time I have so I constantly forget to embrace being present in the moment. I’m always thinking ahead instead of thinking of NOW. It’s just weird because I haven’t always been this way. Since I started grad school my life has been crazy and honestly—if I don’t meditate—I think I may go crazy myself.

Moving on
Today realized that whatever I had hoped of with Deb are now over. It’s time to move on from my feelings about her because they are not shared. I lay here thinking about her and she lays there with another man in her arms. I am embarrassed that I care this much for still when obviously what we had wasn’t very much. I lack experience with such things and it really shows. Time to move on from my feelings toward her.

I learned
My life has to be more than a task list. I used to celebrate success but everyone is so busy at work me seldom get a chance. Sad what corporate America had become

Moments
We are all so task oriented, moving from one item on our list to the next. So easy to forget the “now” that is happening in each moment.

Why the running water and annoying bells?
An invitation to be fully present can be powerful but needs not be presented in a slow timid voice with running water and bells in the background ZD a pseudo- spiritual experience. This is about being quiet and aware.

I will try

Nourishing presence
I need to do the exact opposite. I need to feel life and love and I want to feel the blessings, but don't feel that I deserve the blessings

Calm & relaxed.
I learned that everything in life is a blessing & should’nt just be ignored or over looked all the time. That I should take comfort in the simple blessings of the NOW & that a lot of thing things I over look now are things I prayed for at 1 point. So I should never allow myself to forget that.

Nice to pause
Once again, I like the encouragement to pause during the day. Pause between each activity and acknowledge that you just did that. If it was a monotonous activity, what a blessing it is to be alive! If it made you sad, what a blessing it is to feel emotions, emotions that help you reset and reevaluate for the future. If it was a difficult activity, way to go! You did it! You kicked butt! If it was a stressful activity, you’ve now made it through for now. If it is going to return, that’s okay because right now you made it through. Have a great day! 🌱🔜🌳💪😊

From tired to awake
I learned that it is helpful to take take 3 minutes to relax. Although I have just woken up and feel tired, 3 minutes is what I need to give attention to my breath in order to give attention to everything else and begin my day.

Increased Awareness
I have to stop allowing the pressures of the day to take away from truly enjoying life’s present moments. This will increase my awareness and I will ultimately make better decisions.

Pause/breathe/observe surroundings
Take a moment to pause and breathe whenever you enter a new surrounding (work, home), and notice and observe your surroundings. For example, when you return home, prepare your mind to leave stresses at the door.

Mindful moments
Be present and allow yourself to experience each different moment of your day, instead of just rush in between tasks. Always before start a new task: • Ground your energy • Check your breathing • Check your feelings • Check your body • Be aware of your surrounds • Bring yourself back to the present moment By doing so your will increase your awareness, start to differentiate what are you carrying, what are the energies that are around, understand how your body feel bafore and after a task and be able to have better data to drive better decision making.

Point of Origin
Characteristics and behaviors I have that I consider problematic have a point of origin, I picked them up from others early in my life and suffered the consequences of my actions as well as the constant self beating and mental anguish I inflicted on myself day in and day out for years. Now to learn to accept this as true, make the necessary changes, forgive, and move on through my life as the person I choose to be and not the one who was created early in my life.

Awareness
Taking the time to just breathe in change and allow the mind time to refocus between tasks will lead to a greater awareness of both the self and the world around me.

(and mindsets) I learned that pausing and reflecting where you’re coming from/just accomplished before moving into different ‘area’ helps internalize everything you get done throughout the day.

Taking moments
I hope to find the motivation to do this regularly. I am shielding and my space has become very small in the past year. Opening it up is just what is needed I think it will also help with my PTSD Thank you

I want to incorporate being present in my world. This helped since in this moment I've been rushing through the many task of the day. I will now implement being grateful for each task completed.
To acknowledge the normal beauty in those millions of tiny movements we do each day and take most for granted.

Being present
I've been doing this more and more. It's making a huge difference in my life. It continues to surprise me how many things I did on auto-pilot! Of course, I still notice when I slip from being mindful into auto-pilot. But the more I work on it, the less I do.

Nourishing mindfulness
I love the idea of taking a deep breath into your belly, and being aware of your surroundings, when you walk into a room, while you’re at work, and even when you arrive home before you step into your home. 😊
