Sustaining...
Quite often, we find ourselves stuck in thoughts and our stories that we forget that our body is constantly breathing in the background. When we take the time to connect to our breath, miraculous things can happen. In this soothing meditation, Jiva has us become conscious of our breath and in doing so, we find and connect with the peace that is always available to us.
Getting settled in my chair, I went within and connected to the parts of my body where I felt my breath. Just by connecting to my breath, I immediately felt more calm. On my inhale, I felt air flow in through my nostrils, down my throat and fill my lungs. Inhaling, I feel rejuvenated with fresh energy. On my exhale, I felt the air exiting my nostrils as my belly relaxed. Exhaling, I feel my body release and relax, as I let go of anything that no longer served me. Breath after nourishing breath, my body is sustaining life. As I realize this, I am reminded that life itself, is truly a miracle! Namaste šš»ā¤ļøā®ļø
