Centering
I love breath focused meditations. This easy meditation requires nothing more than focusing on how nourishing our in-breath is and how we can let go and release negativity on our exhale. It was very calming and centering. I found it easier to release negativity from the entire body by thinking of negativity generically rather than focusing on specifics. 💫🙏💫

Many times I forget how important it is to breathe. I get so worked up and stressed over certain things that it is hard for me to focus on the good. This breathing exercise reminded me of how important breathing is. A few deep breaths can take away your stress in only a few seconds. It can help you stay calm in the worst of times. It can provide you with the feeling that everything is going to be okay. In stressful situations, that is the most important thought of all. It’s all you need, really.😊
