I learned that labeling thoughts that pass by as “thinking” and feelings that pass by as “feeling” allows me to return to my breath faster
Achievement is something i consider and think about a lot of the time
Strong thoughts & feelings
I struggled letting go of my thoughts & feelings. Our marital home should have been put on the market weeks ago. Today was spent trying to understand why it still wasn't listed. This was after I couldn't get into my home for warmer clothes. So I joined a singles club in response to my frustration. Somehow my brain was so focused on this, I couldn't concentrate on breathing. Even when I noted. Well tomorrow is a new day.
Just labeling the act of thinking 'thinking' can help me get back on track to breathing. I don't come across feelings yet. Just lots of thoughts.
I like the subtle reminders to keep me on track. Looking forward to incorporating this exercise into my days.

Thinking and feeling
You can observe your thoughts and feelings and label them as such. By labelling you can bring your awareness back to your breathe and stay focused.
To connect with my breathing mentally and to acknowledge what and when I feel something/ what i am thinking at the present moment
This practice helped me by naming my breath work, thoughts, and feelings throughout my meditation. By doing so, I was able to come back to my breathing more easily when I became distracted. Thanks, Lyndi! Namaste 🙏🏻.
