Simple words can make something that seems so innate and effortless monumental. Meditation has driven me to use my breath as my anchor for my anxiety and other mental as well as medical ailments. Meditation and the simple focus on breathing in and out can work wonders and change the brain š§ . It is called neuroplasticity. Meditation is powerful and so is the mind. But one must have the strength to let go of the past, stop worrying about the future and remain in the present which is way easier said than done.
