We start with listening to a letter of appreciation to our ‘future self’. This is as though we have written it ourselves. It may be useful to get a pen and paper ready. That’s because we will also be sending affirmations to ourselves in the future. We will start with the introduction to settle us in, a simple practice to get grounded, then we will get to use these affirmations, acknowledging and honoring our future selves.
