When we are bogged down by life's responsibilities, it is easy to get flustered or even angry. We feel like we can't take one more thing, and our fuse gets shorter and shorter. Before we know it, we're in a full-blown argument with our partner or yelling at a driver who cut us off in traffic. It can be hard to keep our cool when we're feeling overwhelmed, but it is important to remember that getting angry will only make the situation worse and make you feel bad. This meditation is about finding ways to prevent those situations from happening and not letting life’s responsibility anger you.
