I donโ€™t sleep I felt more comfortable and relaxed, I was able to concentrate and allow my mind and body to move to different level. But cld not hold ๐Ÿ˜ซ will continue trying to hold my levels

I clicked on this to do a short stretch before bed and the three min version gives you no stretching or movement at all. I didnโ€™t want to do a 30 min one so kind of annoyed
