Do you feel stressed, anxious, irritated, on edge, and tired? These are signs of being in survival mode. Shift out of survival mode and into your body's resting state. Regulate your nervous system with this nourishing and balancing practice to feel calm, and safe, and activate the healing state of your body.

Out of fight or flight
It's amazing how much this breathing technique helped regulate my body. I woke from a nightmare after a very stressful week. I didn't even know I was in fight or flight until I was released from it. I am saving this to do again. Thank you for helping me heal.

Although my focus was not the best, I was grateful for the breathing steps, they helped so very much. Thank You…I plan to use these steps as they have eased my unsettled tummy. Much appreciation.

Entering the ‘no need’ state
Holding onto a breath is a little unsettling at first until a comfort develops for relaxing into it. It helps knowing it’s just a seven count. I find this to be a powerful way to calm my spirit when necessity in the face of chaos or calamity dictates. Thank you for this guided training.

Relaxation
I learnt to slow down and take time for myself to soothe my body from the stressful day. It’s important that we are kind to ourselves and take the time to take care of our body, mind and soul in this busy day and age and to practice self compassion and love for oneself.

I noticed that the breathing in followed by another little in breath before breathing out is very settling. I feel calmer after the meditation and know that I will be ok.

Take your time
This meditation was the perfect amount of time to force yourself to focus on the breath but not too long where you disengage. I loved her into about resetting the nervous system. Time to digest!
