Naming my thoughts
If I name my thoughts, it gives me an idea of what I need to do. In the video my mind started wandering, lost, deep in thought, about simple nothingness. Possibly, if I name my thoughts, it will remind me what I need to complete, for example, if I started worrying about homework, id make a mental note to get that done. If I started planning my timetable, I would make a mental note to write it down. Or if i started getting anxiety, i would name my anxiety, and what is making me anxious, finding the root of the problem, and fixing it. Naming my thoughts helps me find a solution to most of my thoughts and worries. Naming my thoughts. Breathe in. Breathe out. Problem solving.
