This is an extended practice of Alternate Nostril Breathing, Nadi Shodhana. This technique is a wonderful tool to bring a sense of balance and calm into your body and mind. The right nostril regulates the solar/masculine energy, so we balance it with cool, white moonlight. The left nostril regulates the lunar/feminine energy, so we balance it with golden, yellow sunlight. Not only will you feel energetically balanced, but your nasal and sinus passages will be open for a nice, deep breath. Enjoy!
