This meditation offers children an opportunity to become mindful of their five senses. Our senses are a part of what makes us unique and special, as we each experience the world in a slightly different way from someone else. Once we have focused on each of the five senses individually, we use affirmations to emphasize that however we experience the world through our senses is part of what makes each of us special.
