Wake up well! Practice for the morning to start the day with positivity & intention. When we wake up, we are completely fresh, our body, mind & nervous system have restored themselves through the sleep process & we are very receptive in our subconscious as we have just left the lands of dreams &symbols. It is the perfect time to take 5 minutes, think about the day ahead & listen to your heart for the guiding intention that will support you through the day. You will find, with daily practice, your intention arises with more ease & can be so beneficial to the smooth running of your day. Examples of Intentions: I intend to see the goodness in everyone. Or I intend to be kind to myself under pressure. Or I see goodness in everyone. Enjoy.

After completing this meditation, I feel calm. It makes me want to go back to sleep. I enjoyed it very much and I look forward to use it again.

Intention setting
I am really enjoying the reminder to set an intention for the day. Coming up with affirmations has always been a challenge for me and this series is helping me see this as a simpler and more easily accessible process.
