I learned that 3 minutes could be terrific! Have always had a difficult time meditating for as little as 30 minutes. Other parts of life got in the way. Before listening to my first session I was thinking "what can be accomplished in 3 minutes?" LOL. Quite a lot, as it turns out. And all I had to do was follow the guide. Thanks!

Relaxing my breathing helps with anxiety levels. Learning to stop what I am doing in the day, and taking a moment to regulate my breath will help my anxiety levels.
