This session is focused on breathing as a way to still the mind.
We open to the subtle movements of the breath - with plenty of guidance as well as quiet moments to feel the moving breath and the mind becoming more still.

Never heard anyone describe the exhalation this way before. Totally natural and resonates.
I'm not that far off in my meditation journey and breathing sensation.
Easy to do
Such a wonderful feeling after 3 little minutes 🙂thank you, thank you, thank you. 💖
I learned that a mindful moments can be relaxing and helps to recenter me. These moments also remind you to breathe.
I learned that 3 minutes could be terrific!
Have always had a difficult time meditating for as little as 30 minutes. Other parts of life got in the way.
Before listening to my first session I was thinking "what can be accomplished in 3 minutes?" LOL. Quite a lot, as it turns out. And all I had to do was follow the guide. Thanks!
Moving Breath, Still Mind
Just the act of breathing consciously makes such a difference in the way I feel...it energizes and relaxes at the same time.
Taking just a few minutes a day for yourself to stop and breathe feels great.
I felt bigger and taller than all my problems just from breathing a certain way.
Today I was more distracted with my session. After a stressful day it was hard to concentrate without my mind wandering. Hoping that if I continue every day with this then it will get better.
Relaxing as ever
Best 3 minutes I spend on myself there's so much breathing exercises that I can do with this little time of reflection 👍👍👍
Time for me
I learned that a few minutes for me, give me a confident start to the day.
Relaxing my breathing helps with anxiety levels. Learning to stop what I am doing in the day, and taking a moment to regulate my breath will help my anxiety levels.
I meditate better with only Tibetan singing bowls.
This session wasn't relaxing. Voice not soothing. Needed soft sounds of water flowing. Or helping me imagine that I'm in my mental sanctuary.
Reminders to stay focus and not to linger to other thoughts ....that wasn't where.
I was really stressed going into this and working on my breathing in and out and imagining breathing out and releasing from my head was great. When I opened my eyes, I felt such a release.
What is as centering and relaxing as breathing with full awareness?
I learned that taking time for myself at the beginning of every day is of utmost importance! It sets the right tone to my busy day
My shoulders drop to relax and my back straightens immediately. Physically and mentally a great start to my day! Thank you.
Breath travels in different directions and calms my entire being. Breathing is a choice for me to be still and in the moment.
Using the breath
Using the breath to reset the mind is a calming way to reset your self for what ever life throw at you!
I've always enjoyed and appreciated breathing exercises. This session was kind of perfect for me.
I saved this session for future use. The first time I've saved one in the app. Very cool!
Moving breath , still mind
Any form of scanning is very helpful to me, and the recorded voice with a slight reverb / echo is both clear and relaxing to me. Another wonderful mind focus exercise
Feeling the Energy
Following your breath from in to out and even to my feet and arms is like feeling the energy of my body flow. Being more aware of this is very useful in meditation, exercise, and even before sleep.
I have tendencies to always be in a hurry. If I don't check myself, I can have my mind and body working on different things eventually ending with less than mediocre results. Just breathe I tell myself. Even if I don't have time for a sit down eyes closed session, I can still get fantastic results by focusing on my breath. Clear your head and just breathe today. We all deserve this! Have a great day everyone!👃
I'm just struggling but I'll keep trying!
Keep trying... keep trying... when am I going to feel better! Ahhhhh
I have learned to take life one second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time. Always only do the best you can and only the best you can no more than your best or no less
Children make it hard
Kids having petty disputes make it hard to follow the meditation...especially when an adult interjects and exacerbates the problem. “He’s copying me!”
“He’s copying me!”
“NO! He’s copying me!”
“NO! He’s copying me!”
“What’s he copying exactly?”
The diaphragm moves down when we breath in. Body awareness.
1st session to reduce stress.
I learned that I am “in” my head and not as in touch with the outside as much as I like to think.
It's ok to be still even if it feels like you should be running
I need some time to just forget the stress of everyday life. I only did this for 3 minutes but it helped me relax a little bit because I wasn't thinking about anything except what the video was saying.
I was a little distracted but over all I could feel the difference after
This really helped me ground for the day, I feel centred in my body with my breath. Lovely :)
Thoughts come and go but focussing on the breath released physical tension for me
I forgot sometimes how important it can be to just take a couple of monuments each day to stop and center through breathing.
In and down
The path that your breath follows is instinctual and life affirming. But when concentrating on taking in this air I realise it’s just not sustaining my body but also connecting me. We breath and exhale our world, what has been, what is and what will be.
A reason a fortress climbing up and up onto the world large and made of atoms atlas alas the iron is sea
🌫🌬Hot Miss 🌬🌫
I doing nothing and taking a break. I still can't still my mind. I am moving in me mind thinking. I close my eyes to rest and relax and they get bored. I'm really enjoying doing nothing.
265 day streak, making meditation a part of my daily routine has done many wonders to my mind.
Today share aura with friends you could help them become grounded.
Breath out through the top of my head. I️ never knew just breathing could make me feel taller. Very good. Namaste
I learned breathing can help relieve stress if done slowly and calmly
Breathing, still mind
I enjoyed her verbal direction and how to visualize the breath. Such a nice soothing voice. It went so quick though!
I can focus on only breathing and significantly reduce stress.
I learned that I get really anxious when breathing wrong. How does the chest expand and up when breathing out?
Breathe and breathing is important to center the body, while also calming thoughts.
Focus and imagine yourself. Picture your body as it releases stress.
Relaxing before bed
I learned that I constantly have worries and thoughts of people, who shouldn’t be important to me, when I’m trying to sleep
Focus on the breath
Learnt that I can’t meditate on the bus 😂 will choose a quiet spot next time
Late night thoughts
I learned that my mind wanders before bed and like this breathing exercise, need to work on building myself inside out.
Nice to have a moment to myself. And just breathe. Very soothing.
I learned that controlling my breathing before bed really helps me relax and sleep better.
My body is moving even when I am too anxious to do so. My body has me and for that I am thankful.
Breathe in and out...
Focus on the breathing and how it expands in all directions.
When overwhelmed, going back to the basics (focusing on the breath that happens even without you thinking but is crucial to keep you alive) is able to give you the best perspective for how to move forward.
It was difficult for me to calm my mind today. A lot is going on that could affect my energy. However, this breathing visualization exercise was perfect for me. Made me expand my breath naturally.
Breath focus in the morning
Focusing on the breath in the morning is effective to clear your mind and prepare for the day.
I learned that imagining my breath coming out the top of my head makes it easier for me to empty my lungs.
Noticing the small things in the morning allow for a greater understanding and appreciation of all the little things throughout the day our wonderful bodies do.
Focus on the breath
Being stressed all the time doesn’t help you. Take the minute and focus on breathing helps reset mind
Not caring for this particular one much. Not easy to follow and adjust to
Moving breath, still mind
The imagery really did not work for me and so it did not allay my anxiety enough
i can still have clarity even though i dont have much sleep.
Focus on just the breaths even when it is the most difficult to focus
A little hard to breathe deep like that with the sinus sickness I’m dealing with but it helped me check in with my body and take inventory. Served as a nice pause in the day.
Moving breath, still mind. Working to still my mind as I focus in on my breathing. Am loving this daily practice.
Helped before finishing up dinner for family. Reduced a bit of my anxiety.
The Perfect Place
In the car before heading to work...the perfect place to get to ground and center with this!
One's inhale can manifest the importance of life, love, and happiness
I learned that when taking the moments to really connect and breathe you can feel your breath traveling throughout your body
I noticed that under pressure it was less easy to breath seamlessly...
Mind was cleared after a long stressful drive. Now I’m ready for my day!
Inhale gratitude 📢
Remain humble everyday is a blessing You are the creator of your thoughts🖖🏽
I felt better. I learned that breathing when I feel I can’t helps me. This was calming. I don’t feel spectacular but I feel better than before. I know everything will be ok now.
Deep breathing makes me not think of anything but my breathing
On the bus
Turn on do not disturb mode on my phone. I'm on an empty bus - perfect opportunity to do mediation.
Felt very content.
Very at peace.
Like there was not one thing in the world to worry about.
My breath in can be grounding, and the out-breath can be elongating. Normally I imagine the opposite, in breath building strength and form, out breath releasing tension and stress. This alternative builds more relaxed embodiment, and switches the narrative. Very pleasing.
My anxiety and the weight on my chest got better
I relaxed but still was distracted
Trickling Tuesday 3-27-18
As I began this meditation, it was like I was a child getting ready for bed. However, as I got deeper in a trance, I transversed into adulthood and all emotional needs were released. Thank you, Aura! Have a nice day Everyone!😀
In and out 🌀
I feel very calm, I was very focused on my breath. I feel refreshed and ready to kick back into my day with a better perspective 🌷
I think the story helped
I learned that I should keep trying. I have a big test tomorrow and I thought I was going to fail but I think I will do bet very well on it tomorrow.
Warmth & blooming
I felt like a tree who was growing branches & flowering all from the top of my head. I felt the sun on my face even though its still dark outside.
I felt more grounded, more alive, & even taller when I pictured my breath exiting through the top of my head. I feel great after doing this practice.
Every time I do this one I further relax, further feel my breath deepening. Definitely a good one to repeat.
I felt “safe” and less worried. Great experience. Will be trying more
I’m in a very crowded place doing this and it brought such a nice peaceful moment
This is a delightful three minutes. I find myself breathing with a smile on my face. Thank you thank you thank you.
