This morning meditation will guide you to move with the rhythm of the universe as you return to trust and alignment. Come into a comfortable position, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, filling yourself with calm, and exhale it out, letting your shoulders drop, letting your body soften. Let yourself be here now. Let your breath lead the way. Inhale…and exhale… Let it slow you down. Let it bring you into this moment.
