Move towards your values...
I was raised to abide by Very Conservative Values of my Immigrant grandparents, both born in the 1880’s. I choose to live by a different set of Confusing Values of my more liberal parents in the early 1960's. Much has changed since then. My personal values have progressed over the years. After a lifetime of abusive relationships, one after another, I am asking myself what I can do to change my way of Attracting From the Universe. This session help me sort out my thoughts.

I had lost track of my values in recent months because of delusion, blind love. Later on, after I’ve gotten some needed sleep, I’ll focus on my overall well-being - both physical and emotional. I wil
do one thing today towards my well-being. I’ll finally have breakfast/brunch by making that protein smoothie I keep SAYING I will. If I start taking better care of my health, my emotional well-being will automatically follow.
