I had a hard time with this one. The voice was not relaxing unfortunately. Just felt big and block like.

Standing strong
I learned that you can get through the rough times because in the end things get better no matter what the situation, you just have to be willing to help yourself through the bad times.

Strong
It’s hard to be strong when bad things happen especially the small things cause even if they seem little in my head they feel so big like they keep bringing me down.I need to learn to stay strong through the rough times

I don’t exactly understand this one but I did enjoy it. I could surprisingly enough visualize the mountains and I normally struggle visualizing things.

Unsettled
I could semi visualize the mountain. I wish that the mountain meditation was longer so I could focus and really settle in. I still feel anxious.
