Mother Earth - Father Sky Meditation

This meditation brings the concepts of Mother Earth and Father Sky to light as the Yin and Yang aspects of ourselves, which help align us to our innate guidance and wisdom within. These divine forces meet within our hearts, a “doorway” where greater clarity and flow can move through us, and empower us. There, we receive the seeds of inspiration, knowing, joy, and peace from our cosmic parenting, so that we may grow to be our fully actualized selves in the world.
