Sense of Direction
Setting intentions is a great thing to do in the morning. In this wonderful meditation, rather than just setting intentions, we imagine how we want our day to go as well as how we actually want to feel throughout our day. Doing these things can give us a great sense of direction as we go about our day.
Arriving in this moment where I connected with my breath and my body, I began to imagine how I wanted my day to go. On this cold and blustery day, I thought smooth and productive. Then, I imagined how I wanted to feel throughout my day and I thought calm and balanced. As I imagined going through my whole day in my mind’s eye, I began to bring these feelings to my heart chakra. Along with my other intentions I already set earlier and now feeling how I want to feel today, I have a great sense of direction of how my day will go. Even if unforeseen circumstances come up, as they can and will, I will try my hardest to remain as I am now, calm and balanced. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
