A morning meditation that will help you slowly cultivate the present moment using the power of the breath. Once we feel grounded, we will begin to be mindful of what a successful day looks like for us and meditate on this notion for a while. The hope is that we can find a space of calm, which we will be able to transfer into the rest of the day.
