l was very tense and having right-sided cramping before l started listening to the meditation. Now my right hand and leg are starting to relax and l am feeling more positive and powerful about my day ahead.
I love the content of this
I wish there were a version with more quiet space for longer gratitude focus and with more time after each affirmation
Self love
I learned that when I hold the greatest respect for myself, others will notice. When I stress, I need to go within and ask myself what I need.
