This meditation reminded me how how much I can get out of just three minutes of setting myself up for the day.
I usually rush right into my day and then I wonder why I feel so rushed all day. Thank you for reminding me to begin my day with a centering pause.

Every moment can be a meditation. Relax as I wake up and drink warm liquid and fill myself with even breathing and connecting to my body with my hands on thighs I always find centering and comforting

This is just what I needed today, short but sweet and I instantly felt that I could easily incorporate this into my morning routine.
My am routine is always rushed and stressed, I'm a chronic insomniac so I struggle to get up but I may well try hard to get up earlier to have this cup of tea whilst listening to this routine. I KNOW it would do me good so why not?
I liked it , I went straight to my nap that was actually really long !
