This is a sweet and positive way to motivate and set intentions for the day. I loved the reference to the ‘happy shield’ to protect ourselves from toxic energy which I will definitely use whenever I need to.

Just for today
Today, I will nourish my body with foods that will keep me energized and satisfied. I will make sure to drink plenty of water. I will make time in my day to go for a walk or exercise with weights to keep my body strong. Today, my to-do list will be doable and not ridiculously crazy. I will find balance in my day of completing tasks as well as making sure I fill up my cup with self care. Today, I am surrounded in a happiness shield that will protect me from others negative energy. My inner light will continue to shine bright to touch all of those who may need a little pick me up. I will show kindness and compassion to all others that cross my path today. I am grateful for the gift of this new day. I will make the most out of it. Today, will be a great day no matter what comes my way. And so it is!
