I felt that I wasn’t in the moment during this meditation and I should try to focus on what is happening right now more later on today and through out my week.
Gratitude for myself. I need to remember to be grateful for me as I struggle with depression and anxiety that is difficult for me but this helped me realize that it does not have to be hard. Therefore, I will write 3 things I am thankful for each day this week.
I love morning meditations focused on gratitude and affirmations. They are so positive and a powerful way to start my day!
This was a great session on becoming aware of something we are grateful for and setting an intention for the day to find more things to be even more grateful for. Excellent for beginners and a great reminder for the more experienced!

I did this meditation at the suggestion of one of our Aura tribe. I was having a hard time coming up with something about myself, other than the obvious. As I sit here, I’m thinking “I have to go here, go there, do this and that”. And that’s where my gratefulness lies today!
I can get up and do things. I can sit on the floor and then stand up without assistance. I can reach up, carry things, push things. I can ride a Harley. Not bad, for an old lady!

Too much breathing.
There was too much emphasis on the breath in this practice for me. I like gratitude meditations so I would have preferred to concentrate more on things I am grateful for. I and not a fan of breathing meditations anyway.

Gratitude can be a powerful emotion and feeling for helping stress dissipate.
I learned that...
I learned that sometimes I need to stop, and take a deep breath.
I can prime my mind to gratitude awareness every morning with this meditation. This will be helpful in instilling a gratefulness habit. I became aware of things I was grateful for that I probably would not have thought of without this exercise.
