Great start to the day ❤️
With all the negatives I can so easily focus on with my anxiety, it’s nice to be able to stop and focus on the things that I am grateful for. Regardless of how worried I may be feeling there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.
For example, I recently have been very anxious about my daughter’s separation anxiety. However, not only am I grateful for my daughter, but I’m grateful for the fact that I care enough to worry about her. Perhaps with a little effort, I can turn some of these negatives into positives. A great way for me to start and continue my day.
