Wonderful way to start the day!
My whole body was gradually engaged with my breathing, and I became fully aware of them working together. The deep breaths both woke me up and cleared me out, the heart/love part energized my spirit, and setting my intention for the day focused my mind. Definitely a good nervous system balance. Morning nervous system balance
This practice was especially effective for me today. I was so worried about my dog 🐶 because he had a rough night and this meditation helped calm my mind so I was able to focus and not let my worries get the best of me. Turns out he is ok 😊🐾 meditation is proof that if you focus on the present, life is better. I was able to put my worries aside because I can worry later

From terror to bliss! :D
I woke up from a night terror yelling audibly "Help!". Through breathwork I find calm with the unexpected bliss that came from love, gratitude and my intention for today: mindfulness. Smiles.
