Cultivating…
One of the universal laws is what we reap, we sow. Another way of saying this is what we think and feel, we manifest. In this powerful meditation, we practice cultivating love. Sitting comfortably, I closed my eyes and began to take some cleansing breaths into my body. As I scanned my body, I noticed places of discomfort. I brought kindness to these areas through the power of intention and the breath. Accepting the state of my body, these areas of tension softened a little. As I brought awareness to the state of my mind, I noticed some confusion. Accepting the state of my mind, these thoughts floated away. Bringing awareness to my heart, I noticed the state it was in. Somewhat disheartened, I accepted that my heart was this way right now. Following the narrator’s guidance, I envisioned a fuzzy green blanket enveloping around my whole body. Feeling all cozy, I visualized a time in which I accomplished something. I thought back to this past weekend when I taught loving kindness and mindfulness of emotions. Feeling this act of generosity fill my whole body, a smile formed on my lips. With a smile on my face, an inner smile formed on my heart. It is in this moment that everything around me softened and I began to breathe in love. Filled with love, I breathed out love. Cultivating love, we are not only allowing love to come back to us via universal law, we are resting in our true nature. And as we rest in our true nature, we naturally feel connected with all of life. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
