Put aside the time needed to be fully with this meditation and use earphones so that you can block out noise in your environment. I really liked this meditation this morning. I could feel myself engulfed with nature and in peace and enjoying the sounds. All that was missing was a babbling brook or a streaming river.; however, it was a beautiful meditation. Thank you, Aura! Good Morning , Everyone!

My expectations got the better of me
I think I was slightly disillusioned because I believed it was going to be a guided meditation and it was just nature sounds. Nothing wrong with that, they were beautiful, but I️ kept waiting for the words and they never came.

There is almost nothing more relaxing than getting lost in the sounds of Mother Nature. I could spend hours just sitting in the forest, by the water, or on a beach and just listen to everything that is going on around me. Sometimes the things that bring us peace only require us to sit and listen.

I much prefer guided meditation sessions to these nature sound files. I'm here for assistance with real-world issues of stress, anxiety, and depression. I can choose to listen to sound files from my own library or one of multiple nature sound apps if I so chose.

Simple Things Could Be Something Else
We simply take for granted the things that would always be there. Just like this, by simply listening to nature sounds could literally relieve stress and anxiety. We go back to our basics. We take a moment to realize how these creations are just wonderful. This helped me in ways that, I can’t even understand.

Taking a moment out of the day to listen to this was so relaxing. My husband and I went to the Redwood Forest in California in 2014 and this took me right back there with a lot of very happy memories. Very appreciative of this meditation.

It is hard for me to be zoned in and present in a non-guided meditation. I enjoyed the sounds but didn’t find them energizing or focus inducing.

Hard to focus when so many stressors are present in your life... Every time I would deviate, I would come back to thinking how beautiful are these sounds. How each bird sound had a personality and I envisioned so much green around me... I need to relax. I need to breathe

Another fantastic meditation! I sat, completely relaxed, smiling as I slowly breathed in and out, enjoying the sounds of nature without being directed to do so. I was calm and present. As a high school teacher, my goal has always been to prepare my students for the world beyond the English classes. This meditation does the same - it allows us to be in the moment, any time and any where without someone prompting you. Excellent!

It was different to not have a guided meditation but being only short, the nature sounds just took me back to pleasant memories of being within nature and brought a smile to my face; not having too much time for my mind to go off on tangents. Will be useful to come back to and learn to spend longer in meditation that isn’t a guided session.

Favorite Morning Meditation
Of all the great guided meditations that I’ve listen to and continue to relisten to this may be my favorite exclamation it is excellent in the morning and although I often can hear the birds in the wildlife outside my window the assurance of these natural sounds on this meditation really helps me to awaken to my inner self my aspirations, My dreams and even just my daily goals. I highly recommend this soundscape meditation. Peace…
