I really liked this meditation this morning. I could feel myself engulfed with nature and in peace and enjoying the sounds. All that was missing was a babbling brook or a streaming river.; however, it was a beautiful meditation. Thank you, Aura! Good Morning , Everyone!

Today morning
Today's session calmed me. I found myself unconsciousness breathing deeper and slower

It brought me to a place that my husband and I ride to every now and then. I pictured the sun shining on us and just being in nature. It was a great way to slow my thoughts before my day begins.

My expectations got the better of me
I think I was slightly disillusioned because I believed it was going to be a guided meditation and it was just nature sounds. Nothing wrong with that, they were beautiful, but I️ kept waiting for the words and they never came.

Stop and Listen
There is almost nothing more relaxing than getting lost in the sounds of Mother Nature. I could spend hours just sitting in the forest, by the water, or on a beach and just listen to everything that is going on around me. Sometimes the things that bring us peace only require us to sit and listen.
