My Heart...
Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my breath. Simply breathing into my belly, my body became filled with breath. After filling my body with breath, I brought awareness to my heart and placed my hand. I visualized a beautiful shimmering green light beginning to form. Breathing in and out from my heart, this green light engulfed my body and surrounded my aura. Inside this protective bubble, I asked my heart some questions. Connecting with my heart, I listened for the answers. My heart...thank you for working hard to keep me alive. My heart...thank you for guiding me today. With your guidance, I will Be Love today. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
