Healing Light
This is the perfect session to release any tension or discomfort throughout your body. Tina takes you through a body scan, breathing in a white healing light through each area of your body. I feel much lighter and grounded.
I’ve been carrying around a good amount of tension in and around my heart, feeling it spread throughout my body. This session helped me to release a majority of that tension. My chest is still a little tight and with more focus on my practice I know it will feel better soon. Thank you.
