Feeling gratitude in the body
Placing feelings in the body is new to me strange they knew and that I usually do a body scan but don’t necessarily put a feeling with that place or space so visiting gratitude in every cell of my body is happiness joy aliveness is quite remarkable
Feel it
I loved not only thinking about what I am grateful but taking a moment to pay attention to where I felt it and allow it to move thru my whole body. ❤️ my favorite part of gratitude is the big smile it always puts on my face.
