Today I am having a day of selfcare before starting on a new job tomorrow. Over the last few days I have been feeling anxious and stressed about this new beginning.
I learned that I can focusnon my needs and nourish myself. Being an active participant if not the key player in my life. That it’s good and okay to prioritize what I cán do today. Who I can be, not having to accomplish tasks, and, just enjoy and be grateful for being able to do what I need. So I am going to an aquagym class, paint a bit, follow therapy on Zoom and just take it easy. And I am so happy to have this luxury of choice and opportunity.
