Gratitude brings positivity!
I learned that gratitude really helps me create a more positive mindset, especially first thing in the morning
First thing that came to mind was my cat Cabbage. Lol. Then my home and partner and kids. It made me smile. Good ole kitty.
This was lovely is there a way to remove the “if you like this meditation…”? Your voice was perfect!
I am reminded that meditation can be simple. As someone who practiced meditation years ago, this was a just what I needed to get back into it. I immediately felt my my body release any tension and felt a warmth flow through as I acknowledged gratitude.
