It is mine to create
I take my own responsibility to create life I want
I let go of the old habit of ignoring my own needs
I’m feeling down, tried to expel the sadness with the out breaths. I really liked the end, I’m going to try to go create the day I want with the joy I want.
Today my son got into bed with me and I turned on morning focus for the both of us. This morning the reason I chose it for him is because he gets stuck in negative thought circles and I thought it would be a good way for him to ground his day. Then I realized *I* get stuck in a bad mood if he is and *I* can choose to have a good day even if he is grumpy and mean to me.
Nice morning focus exercise. I want to try it before I rise from my bed next time.

Thank you so very much for bringing me into my day so graciously. I cannot wait to see what comes next knowing I choose to design my day graciously, with love and efficiency. I choose to design today with patience and active listening. I choose to be the best informed teacher I can be to all of my beloved students. I am grateful and I feel my cup is full is full and I am honored to share it with all.
I noticed that my breath feels shallow and participating feels like a huge task. Will continue this one as the voice and mental images are inviting and safe.

I loved breathing to cleanse the night (I had a lot of anxiety dreams) and start a new day. I loved the tunnel visual and sending a word for my week down the tunnel.
I keep having strange dreams that often leave me feeling anxious and stressed when I wake. I think morning focus will help me to spend better days
A little too brief for me. I liked the imagery, the sentiment, the breathing exercises but would have have had it all be longer.
