Chakra Meditation

Meditation on a plane
Todays meditation was a combination of take off and meditation. That made for an interesting situation since Iโ€™m in the middle seat. To be able to focus was difficult but when I was able to fully embrace the challenge. I was able to focus on my breathing. Thank you for the guidance

I liked the pacing, the content and the length of it. I do wish that you had mentioned the color for each energy chakra (even just the single word). I found myself putting effort into realizing the color,๏ฟผ to make it have the effect I needed.
