Day 3 bone broth cleanse
I felt in my heart to reach out to more people that being of service will help me feel better but also it’s ok to not be ok. I love myself unconditionally. I am tired today, aching and brain fog and still bloated but pre menstral so I guess it makes sense. I want to be less hard on myself and really looking forward to my Wednesday call today. Taking this time to reflect is perfect even though it’s hard and I will look back on this and thank myself. Why not thank myself now, thank you Pema. I am healing finding all parts of myself to feel whole again, I’d like to share something with the world today. Some words of wisdom slash update. It’s so nice to have space from Carl, my nervios system is settling and resetting. Finding a sense of calm and safety within the thunder storm
