More energy feeling positive
If I give myself time to prepare for the day in a positive way, I feel grounded and energised for the day ahead.
I noticed
I woke up with a sense of calm today. I walked my dogs just before sunrise and then meditated. Friday has always been my favorite day of the week but this one is different. I’ve never been here before in the present tense in this very moment. I am going to do my best to start preset attentive and aware focused and intuitive. The energy that I received from my breath and grounding felt amazing. Thank you for this practice.
